Orlando Pirates FC are delighted to announce the signing of Zambian international Gamphani Lungu from Siwelele FC. The 27-year-old midfielder joins fellow new arrivals Bohale Ngwato, Mthetheleli Mthiyane, and Sbangani Zulu. Lungu's transfer marks the latest chapter in a successful spell in South African football, having made 212 appearances across all competitions for SuperSport United and Siwelele FC. He has scored 29 goals and provided 25 assists since arriving in South Africa in 2018. The announcement comes as Pirates continue a significant squad reshaping ahead of the new campaign. The club confirmed that Bandile Shandu, Sipho Mbule, Tshegofatso Mabasa, Karim Kimvuidi, and Deivi Miguel Vieira will leave when their contracts expire.
