Orlando Pirates FC enters the 2025/26 Premier Soccer League (PSL) Awards with a record 19 nominations across seven categories, reflecting their dominant season. The virtual ceremony airs tonight on SuperSport PSL Channel and SABC Sport, celebrating the club’s success in the Betway Premiership.

Who are the key nominees?

Oswin Appollis and Relebohile Mofokeng lead the charge, both nominated for PSL Footballer of the Season alongside Mamelodi Sundowns’ Teboho Mokoena. The pair also competes for Betway Premiership Players’ Player of the Season, joined by teammate Kamogelo Sebelebele. Mofokeng, now in Europe, is also shortlisted for Young Player of the Season.
